Neurospicy SA's ND Navigation: Coaching offers practical, one-on-one support for neurodivergent individuals seeking to build systems, break through stuck patterns, and reclaim agency over their lives. Our coaches blend lived experience with structured, compassionate facilitation to help clients create sustainable change that aligns with how their brain actually works—not how it "should" work.
Two Distinct Coaching Approaches:
Systems & Executive Function Coaching – with Julian Jackson
Practical support for building routines, improving executive function, and developing sustainable accountability structures. Using Agile-inspired frameworks, Julian helps clients design flexible systems through iterative reflection, small experiments, and adjustment—without pressure to be "perfect."
Identity & Life Direction Coaching with – Adam Fields
Deep, reflective work for individuals who feel capable yet blocked, aware yet stuck, and tired of overthinking without follow-through. Adam helps clients examine internal narratives, dismantle limiting beliefs, and build self-trust through practical action. His focus is on becoming more aligned, grounded, and self-directed rather than simply "better."

Who This Is For:
ND Navigation: Coaching works best with neurodivergent individuals who:
Want to build systems that work with their brain, not against it
Feel capable yet blocked, or aware yet stuck
Are ready to examine what's working, what isn't, and why
Seek clarity around identity, values, and direction
Want honest support without moralizing or pressure to fix themselves
The Benefits
Clients develop practical skills and deeper self-understanding that create lasting change. You'll build executive function strategies, sustainable routines, and accountability structures in a psychologically safe space guided by coaches with lived neurodivergent experience. Through honest reflection and grounded action, you'll make meaningful progress through small, tailored wins—creating change that feels authentic and achievable rather than forced conformity to neurotypical standards.
Note: Both coaches intentionally work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure depth, presence, and quality. Availability may expand in the future based on capacity and alignment.
Julian Jackson
Volunteer ND Coach
Julian draws on his lived experience as an autistic individual to bring empathy, structure, and servant leadership to his coaching. With years of experience guiding and supporting others in achieving their goals, he helps individuals navigate life and work through practical, compassionate strategies. His coaching focuses on systems and routines, executive function, accountability, and Agile-inspired approaches that empower neurodivergent people to build success on their own terms.
Adam Fields
Volunteer ND Coach
Adam draws on lived experience, deep self-inquiry, and years of personal rebuilding to help people break out of stuck patterns and reclaim agency over their lives. Having navigated depression, identity loss, people-pleasing, and long-standing guilt around needing to be "good," he brings grounded clarity and honesty to his coaching. Rather than offering surface-level motivation or toxic positivity, Adam helps clients examine internal narratives, challenge limiting beliefs, and build self-trust through practical, real-world action. His work is shaped by psychology, philosophy, lived hardship, and disciplined self-observation—not theory alone. Adam works best with individuals who feel capable yet blocked, aware yet stuck, and tired of overthinking without follow-through. His focus is not on becoming a better version of yourself, but on becoming more aligned, grounded, and self-directed.
Julian is generally available Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6pm to 7pm.
Adam is generally available Mondays and Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm.
