"I'm Eligio Alavez, a UTSA Animal Technician with ADHD, Major depression, and a neurospicy advocate. I've attended various networking events as a member of the non-profit group TBAALAS (Texas Branch - American Association for Laboratory Animal Science) and further cemented my communication abilities with my degree in Modern Language. Through my background in modern language and communication, I have developed a facilitation style that balances authenticity and transparency, with clear guidance. I understand that networking can be intimidating and that it requires a lot of socializing, but my goal is to provide a space for fellow neurodivergents to feel comfortable while simultaneously building relationships to further their growth. At Neurospicy Networking, I aim to make a judgement free zone where honesty, curiosity, and safety is at the forefront of every event."
